National Defence Academy & Naval Academy Examination (I), 2012 NEW
Date of Notification/Last date for receipt of applications:31st December 2011/ 30th January 2012
Date of Commencement of examination and its duration:15th April 2012 (One day)
Minimum academic qualifications prescribed:
(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy: 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Age Limits: 16 ½ - 19

Minimum academic qualifications prescribed: Intermediate or Senior Secondary (12 years) Examination under 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent with Mathematics and at least one of the subject Physics & Chemistry as subjects of the Examination in Ist or IInd Division.
Age Limits: 17-21 years as on 01.01.2012
Remarks: Candidates appearing at the Intermediate/Senior Secondary (12 years) examination under 10+2 pattern of School Education/1st year of the 3 years degree course or equivalent examination with the prescribed subjects also eligible subject to certain conditions.
