·         The Indian MS Swaminathan who was awarded “honoris causa” by the University of Talca, in Chile.
·         Tata Nano car has selected as the Car of the Year at ICICI Bank-CNBC-TV18 Overdrive Awards 2010.
·         Saina Nehwal has been awarded “IBN Indian of the Year Award” in New Delhi recently.
