Please put your money where your mouth is.
Are you mad, sir?
YOU provide evidence it is not deadly, i.e. kills people.
Let me save you some huge amount of time.
You cannot prove it has not caused millions of fatalities, whereas I can prove it merely with fatality statistics all over the world.
What is your REAL reason for avoiding the vaccine?
I am a retired US doctor. All of my family has had the 2 doses of vaccine including me. If the 3rd dose is required for continuing immunity, we will unhesitatingly get that as well.
What are you really afraid of? Since you asked the original question here, please have the courtesy and courage to explain yourself and reveal your other reasons for not being vaccinated. Better yet, go get your first dose of vaccine and while you’re awaiting your second dose, come back and tell us that you are in the process of your own vaccination. That would make many people including me, proud of you, your intelligence and compassion.
Don’t worry - I won’t tell Mr. Trump you decided to think for yourself and not follow his political agenda. We look forward to your news of your vaccination.

Covid-19 actually IS a deadly disease for about 0.33% of people who get infected with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus causing covid-19)*. Then it is a disease which causes long-lasting symptoms (range of many months) in 1/3 of people who get infected, and permanent injuries (lung, brain, heart…) for many of them. When SARS-CoV-2 jumped from animals to humans ALL of humanity was susceptible to this infection (as opposed to e.g. influenza, for which only a small percentage of people has no partial immunity at least).
In my humble opinion, this is reason enough to be worried about this disease.
*Two examples in absolute numbers: Assuming that 50% of the world’s population get infected, this means ~13 million dead people. Assuming that 20% of the population of India gets infected, this means ~1 million dead people.

At present of those infected:
-around 10 per 1,000 die
-20% need hospitalization
-10% need intensive care admittance
-2.4% need mechanical ventilation
-many of those not having been seriously ill during the acute illness, afterwards develop so called Long Covid Syndrome, for months on end unable to function due to extreme fatigue, brain fog, shortness of breath, even up to being oxygen dependent, having chest pains, headaches, muscular/joint pains. These people aren’t the elderly who in de past died from Covid, but relatively young people around 40 yo. - Liang-Hai Sie
