To make the law entrance exam more scientific, and to gradually decrease the number of knowledge-based questions in the paper, CLAT 2011 organisers are incorporating the following changes in the entrance exam:
CLAT 2011 will test Legal Aptitude than legal knowledge as done earlier. In the legal aptitude/legal awareness section, questions on legal knowledge will be kept out, only legal reasoning of candidates will be evaluated
In the General Knowledge & Current Affairs section, questions on static GK will be out. Only questions pertaining to events of the past one year will be asked.
Also for the 2011 exam, CLAT has tied up with the Indian post office to distribute the forms more widely to reach out to more students.
