Abstract:
The remote controlling system is a effective method to obtain, analyze, transmit, manage and feedback the remote goal information, and it combines the Most advanced science and technology field of satellite positioning technology, communication technology, Internet technology and other areas, and it is the comprehensive usage of instrumentation, electronic technology, modern communications technology, computer software and so on. GSM is a digital mobile communication network which develops rapidly in recent years. Short Message Service of GSM is a value-added service based on data packet switching provided by mobile communication company using GSM network besides of all sorts of telecommunication services and bearer services based on the circuit-switched.
This project proposes a remote controlling system based on PC using GSm technology
Existing System:
In this existing system, we have manually operating the system and also we operate through Bluetooth technology via mobile but it has some limitations to control some of applications like windows media player, power point presentation etc.,
Proposed System:
In this proposed system we make use of gsm technology in our project we going to control applications of PC (personal computer) using GSM commands .gsm modem interfaced with the pc by using max 232 level converters. The user can operate the pc from remote areas by just sending a message the send message is received by gsm modem and according to received commands the pc will be operated by using .net application.
Hardware Requirements:
· PC.
- GSM Module.
Software Requirements:
· .NET
Advantages:
· We can use pc from remote areas.
